I went earlier this year for a balancing of my tires . Drove to Lexington and it still had a shake so I went back. There was an older short Hispanic gentleman who drove my car and basically told me my car was old and it’s just time for a new car so I left went somewhere else and it was a tire rod and something else I can’t remember. I decided then I would NEVER go back . Today I’m in need of brakes awfully bad and I went by . I told this same little old Hispanic man I needed brakes. He told me I had to get the rotors to WITHOUT even looking at my car ! I told him I just needed the brakes.. He stated his reputation was on the line and if I didn’t get the rotors too he couldn’t do it ! I left ! I’ve learned my lesson and I will NEVER EVER go there for anything. Be careful especially women !

I came in asking for them to change a tire pressure sensor, I got the part from AutoZone, and it was the wrong part. The employee at Triad Tire, found me a sensor and replaced it for me. Told me to bring the other one back and get my money back. Great place to go..

I have been getting tires from Moe for 30+ yrs. He and everyone there are so nice and honest people. I went to get 4 tires once and he told me I only needed one. Most people when I wanted to get 4 would not have done that.
